So, you want to buy a new home and you are wondering what I can do for you.  Whether you are a first-time buyer, or have been through the process before, I can help you to successfully purchase the right property for your needs.  As I do not purchase local investment properties for myself, you can rest assured that if I find that "perfect place" or that "great deal", that I will not be scooping it up for myself, but rather, I will pass that information along to you, my client, as I have your best interest at heart.  If you desire to purchase property either out-of-state or in a distant area with which I am unfamiliar and cannot offer you the knowledge you deserve, I will research and refer you to another realtor in that area who can offer you the service you should have. 

 In order to find the right property for you, as your agent, I will:

  • Meet with you personally to discuss the buying process and to discover what you are looking for in a home or other property; the more fully I can understand your needs and wants, the better able I will be to help you.
  •  Contact your mortgage broker immediately and work courteously and closely with your loan officer to ensure a smooth transaction.  Loan preapproval is always the first crucial step in the home buying process   If you do not have a mortgage broker, I can suggest several, depending upon your needs; however, the choice, like home inspectors and warranty companies, is yours alone. 
  •  Research homes that are in the areas and price range that you are looking for, taking into consideration all features and amenities important to you in order to find your new home as quickly as possible.
  • Make myself available to you to look at homes at times that are convenient for you.  I realize that buyers often have very busy schedules, so I will try to work with yours as well as possible.
  • Run searches for you on a regular basis, as often as is warranted by your situation, watching closely for any new listings and changes in the market. 
  • Help you to determine the best purchase offers, then prepare all paperwork and promtly submit to sellers and their agents.
  • Schedule home inspections and be present for them whenever appropriate.
  • Promptly and courteously answer and return phone calls from you, the seller, other agents, and anyone else who may be involved in your home purchase.
  • Work closely and courteously with your escrow officer to ensure a smooth transaction and make sure that you are provide with a settlement statement prior to the close of escrow.

As your agent I will do my best to find you the property you want.  I will be here to protect your interests and rights at all times.  I will  be available to you to answer questions and to address any concerns you may have.  I want your transaction to be a positive one; I am only successful if you are happy.
